Please note that more than one person may wish to purchase the same pot. The date and time of dispatch of the purchase order will determine each person’s priority.

Fill in the order form and send it to me. It will be automatically registered in our system. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible with an estimate including delivery costs, if any.

Please note that it is not possible to reserve pots in advance.

For orders over $75 CAD, shipping is free within Canada. For orders under *$75 CAD, delivery charges will be billed to the customer.
* Please note that this amount does not include delivery charges and discounts.

All estimates are valid for 15 days from date of issue. It may happen that a pot included in your estimate is sold before your final payment. In this case, you will be credited and the pot will not be replaced.

You must pay the amount due before shipping. This will be done by Canada Post.

There are two ways to make your payment:
– By Interac:
Use Interac e-Transfers by following these three steps:
   1. Log in to your financial institution’s online or mobile banking application
   2. Access the Interac e-Transfer service and follow the on-screen instructions
   3. Send your payment to the following e-mail address:

Don’t forget to send the answer to the security question to the same e-mail address.

– By PayPal:
I’ll send you a secure invoice directly from my PayPal account to your e-mail address. You can then pay with your credit card.  
(You don’t need a PayPal account to use this service)

Can I receive a discount on shipping when ordering multiple pots at once?

The price of each pot is determined by weight and volume, according to Canada Post rates. When I ship several items together, this increases both weight and volume, so the price doesn’t become cheaper, but rather higher. Unfortunately, I have no control over carrier charges, so I can’t offer discounts at this level.

What happens if the delivery is lost?
Will I be refunded if it is lost?

Absolutely! All parcels I ship are fully insured, and for your peace of mind, they're shipped via expedited service. What's more, I'll provide you with Canada Post's tracking number, so you can follow your shipment's progress all the way to delivery. So you can rest assured that your shipment is secure, and that you'll be financially protected in the event of loss.
